I contacted Mattie about 3 or 4 weeks before my wedding wanting chair covers. She got back to me in a very timely manor with a few different quotes. 2 weeks before my wedding I realized that the numbers that I was originally planning on were totally off and had to change my numbers with Mattie. She was very patient and fun to work with and accommodated me with no problem. When I met with her around the two week mark I also decided to add a head table design to my order with them. Mattie came up with great ideas and was extremely helpful even with the short notice. I was not the most organized or detailed oriented bride, but Mattie did a great job of helping me to figure out what I wanted. She spent a lot of time with me and was extremely patient and helpful.
