The Bishop Willie J. and Julia M. Looney Memorial awards this scholarship to students attending or planning to attend College. All scholarship recipients must meet the general criteria for this scholarship. Unless stated otherwise, the scholarship will be used for tuition, fees, books, and required educational supplies.
